These terms cover your use of cheerssd.com, the website of Cheers San Diego, owned by Justin Wilson. By using the site, you agree to them. They are website terms only. They are not a contract for bartending services. Every event is covered by its own written service agreement.

You may use the site to learn about our services and contact us. Please do not use it for anything unlawful, try to disrupt or break it, or copy its photos, text or logo for commercial use without our written permission. The content on the site belongs to Cheers San Diego or is used with permission.

Prices on the site are "starting at" prices. Your actual price depends on details such as guest count, hours, number of bartenders, add-ons and location, and is confirmed in a written quote. We work to keep the site accurate, but details can change and mistakes can happen. The written quote and service agreement control over anything on the site.

Sending the inquiry form, an email, a text or a call does not book your date. Your booking is confirmed only when you sign our service agreement and pay the deposit.

You, the client, buy the alcohol for your event. We serve alcohol only to guests 21 and over. Our bartenders may ask any guest for ID and may refuse service to anyone who is under 21 or appears intoxicated.

The site links to services run by other companies, including JotForm (our inquiry form), Google (maps and reviews) and Instagram. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or how they handle your information. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.

The site is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not promise it will always be available, error free or free of viruses.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Cheers San Diego is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages that come from using, or not being able to use, the site. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under California law. Liability for event services is covered by the service agreement for that event, not by these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute about the site will be handled in the courts of San Diego County, California.

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows when they last changed. Using the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
