Cheers San Diego is a mobile bartending business owned by Justin Wilson. We serve San Diego County, California. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Cheers San Diego, and "site" means cheerssd.com.

This page explains what information the site collects, what we do with it, and the choices you have.

• Your inquiry. When you click Check Your Date, you fill in a form hosted by JotForm. We receive what you type, such as your name, contact details and event details. JotForm processes the form for us. You can read JotForm's privacy policy.
• Email and phone. If you email info@cheerssd.com or call or text (850) 509-1753, we receive your contact details and whatever you choose to tell us.
• The question box. The "Ask a question" box on our home page runs in your browser and answers from information built into the page. What you type in it is not sent to us.
• Visit data. If the analytics or advertising tools below are active, they collect information automatically when you visit: pages viewed, what you click or tap, how far you scroll, the site or search that sent you, approximate location based on your IP address, device and browser type, and cookie or similar identifiers.

The site may use the following tools. Each one may place cookies or similar technology in your browser.

• Google Analytics counts visits and actions so we can see which pages help people. How Google uses this data.
• Microsoft Clarity shows how visitors move, scroll and tap, so we can fix confusing parts of the site. Microsoft privacy statement.
• Advertising pixels from Google, Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Reddit measure whether our ads lead to inquiries and may be used to show our ads to people who visited the site.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can also use Google's opt-out add-on for Google Analytics and turn off personalized Google ads in Google ad settings.

• To answer your inquiry, send a quote and plan your event.
• To run the site, fix problems and improve our pages.
• To measure and improve our advertising, if ad pixels are active.

We do not sell your name, email or phone number. Under California law, letting advertising platforms collect information on our site for targeted advertising may count as "sharing" personal information, and may count as a "sale." You can opt out of that at any time, as described below.

We also use service providers, such as JotForm and our email, phone and website hosting providers, to run the business. They handle information on our behalf.

You can opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information in any of these ways:

• Use the button below. It turns off our advertising pixels in this browser. You do not need an account and you do not need to prove who you are.
• Global Privacy Control. If your browser or extension sends the Global Privacy Control signal, we honor it as a request to opt out of sale and sharing for that browser, automatically.

Your choice is saved in this browser only. If you use another browser or device, or clear your browser storage, please opt out there too.

If you live in California, you have the right to:

• Know what personal information we have about you and how we use it.
• Delete personal information we have about you.
• Correct personal information that is wrong.
• Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information.
• Not be treated differently for using any of these rights. We will not charge you more or give you worse service.

To make a request, email info@cheerssd.com or call (850) 509-1753. We may ask for information to confirm a request to know, delete or correct comes from you. You may also have someone you authorize make a request for you. We will respond within the time the law requires.

The site is not meant for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it. Alcohol at our events is served only to guests 21 and over.

We keep inquiry and booking details as long as we need them to answer you, plan your event and keep normal business records, then delete them. Analytics and advertising tools keep data for the period set in each tool.

We take reasonable steps to protect the information we receive. No website or email system is perfectly secure, so please do not send sensitive information such as payment card numbers by email.

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the effective date at the top.
